Overview[]

The Keltec RFB is a designated marksman rifle that can be unlocked for CR in Set 4.

This semi-automatic weapon packs decent damage and high accuracy. With a minimum damage of 34 at a high effective range, the RFB is a marksman's weapon, designed to effectively and precisely take out targets from medium to long range distances. However, despite the increased visual recoil after the customisation update, the most unique characteristic of the KelTec RFB is the complete elimination of visual shake when firing, allowing excellent target tracking capability especially in hipfire even when continuously being fired.

Because the gun can only shoot in semi-automatic mode, it is not recommended to use the RFB in close-quarters combat.

W-Task[]

"Special silencer for large caliber scatters and absorbs the exhaust from a gunshot, and the 4x optics allows to aim at long distances."

To acquire the W-Task for the RFB, one must get 200 longshots. The KelTec RFB with the W-Task equipped is renamed to the the RFB Sniper, which will add a 4x optical hybrid sight (collimator does not work) and a silencer. Note that any kills with the RFB Sniper will still count as an assault rifle, not an actual sniper.

The gun will lose 15% of damage as well as another 10 points of mobility. But you will gain 8 points of accuracy and lowered recoil by 5 points and an added stealth bonus. Completing the W-Task also unlocks customization for the KelTec RFB. See KelTec RFB/Customization for more information.
