The vikholp is  the Contract wars unique sniper, meaning that to unlock it you must either A)be extremely lucky on the roulette or B) buy the required skills under the sniper tree. Its a fairly recent addition to the armory, coming out the same day as the Saiga 12k full auto ( unique shotgun). This gun is exceptional in the fact that the bullet speed on it is ridiculous and perhaps the fastest in game, and also holds the 2nd most damage and highest penetration of any firearm. The scope is interesting as well, different than most because it has a nice red target in the middle as well as cool zoom markings on the sides of the scope, which dont do anything but make it look cooler. it also has a fast bolt action speed. It can hit targets at 265 meters at 200 damage before dropping off to 160 past that. Also capable of the fastest reload speed of any sniper, at 81 with +15 (mobility less than 50) and the assualt and scout skills.I
